PROGRAM Overview

Dealing with CRA effectively is not optional — it's a core competency that separates competent practitioners from those repeatedly making costly administrative mistakes. Yet most tax professionals never received formal training on CRA procedures and have simply pieced together knowledge through experience and informal advice.

This program provides the comprehensive framework you've been missing. You'll understand the complete "tax lifecycle". From year-end planning through filing, payment, assessments, audits, objections, and ultimately litigation and records retention. Learn the administrative rules that govern balance-due dates, installments, penalties, and interest. Understand how to manage CRA audits, respond to information requests, prepare voluntary disclosures, file objections, and apply under fairness provisions.
