2026 Tax Seminar Series

Each seminar is broadcast twice, at 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM ET. Questions are answered live at the end of every session, and recordings stay available for a year.

How it works
Three steps, start to finish
Every match shows as a box on the page before anything comes out. Nothing is final until you download.
1
Load your PDF
Drag a file in, or pick one from your computer. It opens on the page straight away.
2
Choose what to take out
Type a client name and every match is marked. Click any box to leave that one in.
3
Check the result
The finished file is reopened and searched for everything you deleted, then it downloads.
What it does
Built for the way tax files are actually put together
Identifying details are not only in the text. Letterhead, logos, and scanned signatures are pictures.
manage_search Finds the patterns on its own

SIN numbers formatted or as nine straight digits, business numbers with the RC and RT suffixes, email addresses, phone numbers, postal codes, and dates.

edit Names you add yourself

Client and company names follow no pattern, so no tool can reliably guess them. You type them in, and every match on every page is marked.

image Pictures go with one click

Every picture on the page is outlined. Click and it is deleted from the file outright, not painted over.

layers_clear Not the same as a black box

Draw a rectangle in a viewer and the text is still underneath, ready to be selected and copied. This deletes the text from the file itself.

Nothing leaves your computer
No upload, no account, no outside server. The file is processed inside your browser tab. Close the tab and there is no copy of anything anywhere.
